Open the Cashier (wallet) and pick a coin. You'll get a unique deposit address for your account — send funds there and your balance is credited automatically, with no manual review, as soon as the required on-chain confirmations are reached (converted to bits at the live exchange rate).
Besides Bitcoin, we accept Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron and Solana (including selected ERC-20/TRC-20/SPL tokens such as USDT and USDC). Each is converted to bits at the exchange rate at the moment your deposit is confirmed. A small conversion fee applies to non-Bitcoin deposits.
Deposits are credited automatically once they reach enough on-chain confirmations — there's no manual review step, but waiting for confirmations can take a little time. If it's been a while, check the transaction on a block explorer, then contact Support with your username and the transaction ID.
Open the Cashier and choose Withdraw. Every withdrawal settles in Bitcoin regardless of which coin you deposited. Requests are reviewed and then paid out; the amount is reserved from your balance the moment you request it.
Withdrawals are processed after a quick review, so please allow some time. Once sent, arrival speed depends on network confirmations. If it's still missing after several hours, contact Support with your username.
Set your wager and (optionally) an auto-cashout multiplier, then press Bet during the countdown. When the round starts the multiplier climbs — cash out before it busts to win your wager × the multiplier at that instant. If it busts first, you lose the wager.
Every round is provably fair. Before the round the server publishes a SHA-256 hash of the secret server seed. After it busts, the server seed is revealed so you can recompute the exact crash point yourself and confirm it matches the hash — proving the result was fixed before any bets were placed. Use the Verify tool to check any past round.
Green means the current round is still running (you can cash out); red means it has busted at that multiplier. In the history bar, the color simply reflects each finished round's bust point.
A small percentage edge is built into the crash-point distribution — the same mechanism that makes the game sustainable. It's applied transparently and is verifiable through the provably-fair data.
If you set an auto-cashout, the server honors it even if your connection drops. Without an auto-cashout, a disconnect during a running round means you can't manually cash out — so setting one is recommended.
Open a user's profile (click their name in chat) and use the Tip action, or use the tip option in your own profile tools. Tips move bits instantly between accounts and can't be reversed.
On the login screen choose "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link. For security, resetting your password logs out all other sessions.
If you can no longer generate 2FA codes, contact Support from the email address on your account so we can verify your identity and help you regain access.
